NPSB schools and offices reopen

All NPSB schools and offices will reopen on Thursday, Jan 18. After consultation with local law enforcement and  maintenance department, NPSB officials made the decision to resume classes as normal for the remainder of the week. Also, all heating issues in  the  schools have been resolved and road conditions are clear.
