Lifetime achievement award goes to CVB executive director
After receiving the coveted award Gould made the following remarks “We are excited to be a winner of the Will Mangham Tourism Lifetime Achievement Award from the Louisiana Travel Association. We look forward to continuing to showcase our great Louisiana culture to the rest of the world.”

During its Annual Meeting this week, the Louisiana Travel Association (LTA) announced the winners of the Louey Awards, which honor and showcase individuals and organizations who have made outstanding contributions to the Louisiana tourism industry. Natchitoches Convention and Visitor’s Bureau Executive Director Arlene Gould was the winner of the Will Mangham Tourism Lifetime Achievement Award.
