Safety concerns termporarily close Raphiel St.

 Raphiel St. is closed temporarily between Theophile Alley and St. John St.  due to safety concerns.  The duration of the closure is unknown. Motorists may detour around this closed street segment via adjacent City streets, including Spring St., St. John St. and Theophile Alley.
