Chef Ben Fidelak, executive chef and owner of Mariner’s Restaurant, took third place in this year’s Louisiana Seafood Cook off sponsored by the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board. The yearly culinary competition brings chefs from all corners of the state together in one arena to compete for the winning crown.From left are Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser, Fidelak and his son Grame.
