Natchitoches Police arrested three locals in three separate cases Sunday.
On Aug. 4, around 6:40 a.m., NPD officers located 47-year-old Ouncre Jones on University Parkway near Boyd Street. A foot chase ensued toward Martin Luther King Jr. Drive where he was caught.
