Louisiana Cup Day is set for August 31 at Louisiana Downs in Bossier City, The Louisiana Thoroughbred Breeders Association (LTBA) and Louisiana Downs will award a total of four scholarships, each valued at $1,000 to college students for a total of $4,000.
Two will be awarded by LTBA and two by Louisiana Downs.
