Zoe Ukpai as Captain Shreve and Kayden Jones as Pacale’s daughter told the third graders about the history of the Red River and Roque House. Sarah Terrell as Clementine Hunter told the students about her life as a sharecropper, a cook, and a painter and slowed students examples of her art.
Callie Mangum and Emery Bryant as the Lemee cousins whose grandparents lived in the Lemee House and Brennan Dromm and Tano Eleyae as Trizzini and Soldini, the Italian builders who designed and built many Natchitoches houses in the 1830’s told students the history of the house and what life was like in the past.
