Last minute changes to the venue due to weather did not prevent almost 200 Native American tribal members and guests from participating in the Natchitoches Tribe’s Inter-Tribal Powwow on Saturday, Nov. 9.
The Grand Entry featured a color guard comprised of NTL military members of the LA National Guard and NTL veterans, followed by Tribal leaders and visiting dignitaries.
