A traffic stop investigation has led to the arrest of a Natchitoches woman on felony charges and resulted in the recovery of a stolen trailer valued over $10,000 dollars according to Sheriff Stuart Wright.The investigation began Nov. 15 at approximately 1:33 a.m. when deputies stopped a sports utility vehicle pulling a trailer on La. Hwy 3191 for a traffic violation near Natchitoches....
