Northwestern State women’s basketball coach Leasa Ailshie has been promoted to associate head coach, the program announced on Tuesday.
Ailshie, now in her fifth season on the Demon staff, has over 13 years of experience in college basketball, including five as a head coach and three as athletic director and administrator.
