A traffic stop led to the arrest of a Red River Parish man and recovery of a stolen semi-automatic rifle.
The investigation began on Jan. 18, at approximately 1:30 a.m., when deputies assigned to the NPSO Patrol Operations Bureau stopped a vehicle being driven suspiciously in the City Limits of Campti, where recent thefts had occurred.
