The Natchitoches Police Department has arrested Alvin Holden, 26, of Natchitoches and Wilma Carter, 43, of Natchitoches for a homicide that occurred Nov. 10, 2024 in the 500 block of Lakeview Dr.
On April 16 around 9:33 p.m., the Natchitoches Police Department’s Violent Crime Task Force located Holden and Carter in the 1100 block of Washington Street after several days of surveillance.
