Football season for Natchitoches City Chiefs Jr. High teams kicks off with a Jamboree

It’s football season for the Natchitoches City Chiefs Jr. High teams. The teams are made up of students from Natchitoches Magnet, NSU Middle Lab, and Natchitoches Jr. High.

The season kicks off with aJamboree Saturday, Aug. 23, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at Frankie Ray Jackson Field, which is the old NJH. All home games will also be played at this field. 6/7th grade are 10 plays per game; 8th grade are 10minute halves per game.
