    The Natchitoches Police Department has arrested Chad Haskins, 32, of Natchitoches after brandishing a firearm early Monday morning.

    On Aug. 25, around 1:03 a.m., NPD officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Younger Boulevard in reference to an individual waiving a firearm while walking up and down the street.
