Tigers golf tourney and crawfish boil will support football team

St. Mary’s Catholic School Golf Tournament and Crawfish Boil is scheduled for Friday, May 24, at the Northwestern Hills Golf Course.Tee time is at noon with registration at 11a.m. The crawfish boil will begin around 4:30 p.m.Prizes will be awarded to the top three golf teams.

4-Hers learn life skills at workshop

Natchitoches Parish 4-H recently organized a successful record book workshop at NSU E-Lab. The event aimed to equip 4th grade 4-H members with essential skills such as fishing knot tying and sewing on a button.

High school athletes to be feted

Senior-year athletes from Lakeview, Natchitoches Central and St. Mary’s High Schools -will be recognized for their outstanding athletic, academic and community achievements, Saturday May 18, at 10 a.m. in the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame and Northwest History Museum. There is no cost to attend.
