The Cane River Chapter , Louisiana Society of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, hosted its annual Veterans Luncheon Nov. 10 at the Natchitoches Events Center. Some 135 people, including veterans and their guests attended.

The Christmas Tour of Homes is a holiday tour of uniquely decorated properties in Natchitoches. The event will feature docent-led commentaries on the history of each property as well as the unique holiday decorations.

Join the Goldonna community for an all-day celebration of Christmas fun. Christas in the Park takes place Saturday, Dec. 13, beginning at 10 a.m. Activities include craft booths, live local music, gingerbread house contest, split the pot ticket sales and door prizes throughout the day.
