The Natchitoches Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place Sunday night off Lakeview Drive.
On Feb. 15 around 8 p.m. officers were dispatched to Natchitoches Regional Medical Center in reference to a gunshot victim.
After learning the shooting occurred in the 500 block of Lakeview Drive investigators canvased the crime scene and spoke to several witnesses.
