A winter storm was observed at Natchitoches Parish during Jan. 25-26, with a wintry mix of freezing mist, freezing drizzle, freezing rain, light snow flurries.
In addition, during the 4:00 a.m. hour Sunday, thunderstorms formed over portions of Natchitoches Parish with ice pellets or sleet, especially over southwest, central and southeast sections of the parish.
