Registration for STEM DAY at NSU for grades 9-12 interested in array of courses open until Sept. 20

Northwestern State University’s School of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) will host NSU STEM Day from 8 a.m.-noon Friday, Sept. 25 at the main campus in Natchitoches. Registration is currently open and ends Sept. 20.

Phelebotomy class starts Sept. 8

-A phlebotomy technician training class will be offered by Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic Learning and Global Engagement in Natchitoches starting Sept. 8. The class will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

City putting grant to work

Touline will close Tuesday
