Free yoga classes continue at library

The Natchitoches Parish Library (NPL) is giving the community a free opportunity to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and learn something new, all at the same time. As part of its ongoing Health & Fitness Series, the NPL’s Main Branch is hosting free weekly yoga classes every Thursday at 6:00 p.m.

Clara Springs’ fish fry dates

Enjoy a great time of fellowship at the Fourth Friday Fish Fry. Clara Springs hosts this event every month except for July, November, and December.During this time attendees can meet fellow believers in Christ from all over Louisiana, tour the camp grounds, and even visit the Gift Shop.

A love fund for Richard Adkins has been established at City Bank and Trust, Natchitoches, to help with outof- pocket expenses related to his hospice care. Richard is known and cared for by many people from all walks of life and from all over town, especially in the music community.

It’s here….that wonderful thing we call “Daylight Saving Time.”Sunday we get to turn our clocks forward one hour. Technically, Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. but JT won’t be staying up to officially welcome the time change. He’ll turn his clocks forward before he goes to bed.
