It’s still early in the crawfish season but JT couldn’t fight the urge earlier this week. He got a whiff of some crawfish being boiled.
JT doesn’t know what he likes better…. the smell of a crawfish boil or actually eating them. You just can’t beat a helping of crawdads, boiled corn and potatoes. It ranks right up there with gumbo on JT’s favorite eats.
