  • The City Council declared Feb. 9 AKA Day. Alpha Kappa Sorority Inc. is the oldest Greek letter organization established in 1908 at Howard University in Washington , D.C. Members of the Rho Beta Omega Chapter Inc. in Natchitoches chartered Aug. 29, 1987.
