Johnari Duplantis, a 4-Her from Red River Junior High, attended the Spark Action Change Summit in Baton Rouge. Feb. 19-21. The conference is a three -day experience designed for Louisiana 4-H youth in 7th and 8th grade who are ready to explore the power of civic engagement, leadership, and service. The event combines hands-on workshops, engaging tours, and collaborative service projects to deepen participants’ understanding of government, sharpen their leadership skills, and inspire them to take meaningful action in their communities.
