JT’s not the only one having trouble obeying the new state law that offers a fine for talking and texting while driving.Around noon Saturday JT noticed an offduty city police officer, in a city police vehicle in front of the college, holding up traffic while he fiddled with his cell phone. The red light had changed to green but he wasn’t looking up to see it was time to move on....
