The City of Natchitoches Planning and Zoning Department issued 23 building permits with a valuation of $504,867 during February according to the report issued by Director Shortfall Roque.
The permits and their valuations are:
•Rhodes Properties, 210 Paula Lane, residential single-family dwelling, new construction $130,000
•Thompson Brothers Investments LIL, 950 Third Street, residential roof, $30,000
