Demons pick up NCAA Accelerating Academic Success Program grant

For the second year in a row Northwestern State student-athletes will benefit from a six-figure boost from the NCAA as part of its Accelerating Academic Success Program.The AASP, established in 2012, assists Division I schools working to meet the NCAA’s academic standards.

Single-game tickets for the 2024 Northwestern State football season are on sale. The Demons, under firstyear head coach Blaine McCorkle, will host five games at Turpin Stadium this year.Tickets can be purchased for as low as $15 for the Sept. 7 home opener against Prairie View A&M.
