Northwestern history major receives Police Jury Scholarship

Jacob Mullican of DeRidder, a junior history major at Northwestern State University, has been named as a recipient of a 2025-2026 Police Jury Association of Louisiana Scholarship.The scholarship is awarded annually to upper division undergraduates at universities throughout the state.
