NCHS Class of 1976 to hold reunion

The Natchitoches Central High School Bicentennial Class of 1976 will celebrate its 50- year anniversary beginning on Friday evening, May 22, and will progress to a semi formal affair on Saturday evening, May 23, at 6:30 p.m. in the Natchitoches Event Center.

The Orville Hanchey Gallery at Northwestern State University invites the public to attend the closing reception for “In Between: Quiet Acts of Renewal,” featuring visiting artists Benjamin H. McVey and Lindsey Hurd.The reception will take place on Friday, April 10, from 5-8 p.m.

NSU professor wins award for outstanding service to organization

Dr. Daniel Gordy, assistant professor of Criminal Justice and English at Northwestern State University, was recognized with the Outstanding Service Award presented by the Association of Business Information Systems/Federation of Business Disciplines.
