The Natchitoches Parish Sheriff ’s Office and Louisiana Probation and Parole-Natchitoches District Office will be monitoring sex offenders during trick or treating festivities on Halloween, Oct. 31.

Early voting concluded with 6,686 votes cast

Early voting has concluded with 6,686 Natchitoches Parish votes cast. Here is the breakdown: 4405 were white, 1999 were black and 282 were other race. Also, 2,858 were male and 3,828 were female; 2611 were Democrat, 2,872 Republican and 1,203 other parties.
