Natchitoches Parish voters overwhelmingly tuned down the Port Millage Proposition, the lone item on the Oct. 11 ballot.
A total of 772 voters or 27 percent gave the nod and 2,099 voters or 73 percent said nay for a total of 2,871 votes.
