Total Loss

At approximately 12:31 p.m. on Tuesday, Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Deputies, Natchitoches Parish Fire Protection District #6, and mutual-aid units from Natchitoches Parish Fire Protection District #9 were dispatched to a structure fire in the 100 block of John Drive in the Payne Sub-Division off La. Hwy 6. Deputies and fire personnel discovered the structure fully involved. The residence was determined to be a total loss.The cause of the fire is undetermined. It is believed the home was under renovation and unoccupied. No injuries were reported. Responding Deputies were Deputy S. Lodrigue, Cpl. J. Edwards, Deputy T. Stewart and Lt. B. Smith.
