Love fund is for Cecil Ballard

Dear Editor:I have a love fund set up for Cecil Ballard of Provencal. Cecil is the man who was beaten severely with a baseball bat around March 15-16. He is in a hospital in Baton Rouge still in ICU. Cecil has a long road ahead of him, but still has bills that need to be paid.
