Melvin Ray Smith was born Oct. 9, 1934, in Flora, Louisiana, to Mr. Percy Smith and Ms. Clementine Smith. He went to be with The Lord peacefully on Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023. He was surrounded by a loving family.Melvin is preceded in death by his parents.
