Spitzer, Pethel garner SLC weekly honors

A pair of convincing victories earned Northwestern State not only one, but two Southland Conference weekly awards. Two-goal wins against Lamar and UTRGV earned conference weekly awards for Taylor Spitzer and Emma Pethel, the league announced Tuesday.

Northwestern State University is holding a food drive Thursday, Oct. 24, as part of Homecoming activities. The President’s Leadership Program and Residence Life will host the service drive from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the NSU Pantry.
