Shreveport student named Miss NSU-Lady of the Bracelet

Nilah Pollard of Shreveport was named the 68th annual Miss Northwestern – Lady of the Bracelet Nov. 6. The event is a preliminary to the Miss Louisiana Scholarship Contest.Lauren Vernon of Arcadia was the first runner up and Madison Book of Pineville was the second runner up.
